Payoneer suggestions

Hey just wondering, has anyone ever used Payoneer and if so, any review in regards to it? I'm considering selling some CSGO gloves on DMarket, but their cashout payments aren't very interesting, except for Payoneer maybe. Any thoughts?

 

Pretty good. Withdrawals are usually done within 24h, total receiving fee is $3, withdrawal fee is 2%.

 

I read somewhere that there's maintainance costs aswell of like $24 per year, this correct?

payoneer fees are very cheap , 3$ transaction fees for any amount so for example , a transaction of 50$ fee is 3$ and fee for 1000$ transaction is still 3$ , i work on playerauctions and i get paid with payoneer however , i don't want to withdraw big amounts to my bank and i am actually looking for someone to exchange my payoneer for btc for 101%-104%
i don't have payoneer master card so i don't pay any annual fees , but i don't know if i order the card and withdraw cash from ATM , would that be traced or not since it is based in USA and i live outside the USA .

 

This would however be possible for no fees or little fees?
