gonna try to dispute an unfair ban once and for all, worth a shot I guess.

I've been banned for mass ban evasion (now). Previously, I was banned for homophobic remarks on the irc back in 2010 by Finniscool. He tried to spin it and claim the donations I donated to the site were stolen when actually were donated by another member (my friend at the time who wanted to help me out - loveable)who he bribed to follow his story (this was later confirmed). The actual ban reason was homophobic remarks in the irc then changed to fake donations? Which some mods at the time, Matt, Louis, benwise, tyro and ttg proved was shit - Finniscool banned me because of remarks i made in the irc perm.

After Finniscool banned me I ban evaded countless times because i was upset for my ban reason (flaming on irc). Calling him a faggit, etc, which was inappropriate.

I made numerous disputes for the entire year trying to get unbanned and he would delete them (confirmed by previous staff) before anyone could see them OR deny them without anyone having any say in the matter.

After that i ban evaded from rage for years. Unfairly banned and wanting to be apart of the community I once was. I've explained my case multiple times and it's beginning to get tiring, unfortunately.

I was temp banned in the past for ripping scripts (idk why i did this) but the actual ban was for evasion.

I feel i should be unbanned + pardoned because my actions that lead after the ban were due to a completely unfair ban to begin with in which I'm sure would never happen today. I.E - I escaped jail for a crime i never committed and was later found not guilty (doesn't make it right but put yourself in my position).

All that I'm asking is to be apart of the community and allow me to get back to the site like I was once able to. I would like to believe i was a help to the community (most spam reports during my time).

For those who didn't want to read it all.. I was perm banned for talking shit to Finniscool by Finniscool, i disputed countless times and he deleted them before anyone could see and once staff caught on he just auto denied, then i ban evaded a LOT.

I don't think i should remain banned for ban evasion when the reason i ban evaded in the first place was only because finniscool didn't like me.

Just please take this into consideration..

I will support this seeing as an ex-mod took the time to vouch/appeal for you.

I would also encourage an unban + TWC for now just so you can get re-acclimated to the community.

Not sure I entirely believe all of this because of the amount of times you've been caught lying.

I'll hold off on voting for this one until another staff member who knows more about your situation gives us some insight.

My perm ban reason was for talking shit to Finn in the irc, i made countless disputes after the fact and he deleted them before the staff could see because they were on my side and once staff got to them first he auto denied me. I did this over 30 times.

Eventually i got tired of being mistreated by a dictator and ban evaded, lots, and lots.

That's the entire situation.

I have never scammed nor caused harm to anyone here as have some other members. My ban was because a member of staff didn't like me. He said i forced someone to donate for me and was impersonating people which at the time was proven to be incorrect as we all had irc chat logs

Also, no staff is currently here that was around during the situation. Benwise, Matt, Louis, tyro, zypur, they all tried getting finn to unban me and be wouldn't.

I mass evaded because I've been banned this entire time unfairly.

I'm inclined to support you due to the 'Finn abuse' card you're playing, but some things need clearing up first.

I know what i did was wrong, if Finn hadn't done me dirty i wouldn't be banned because i wouldn't have broke any other rules. I like this community way too much.

People here get unbanned after scamming mass quantities and harming the community, i haven't done any of that. I ban evaded to be apart of a community i was wrongfully removed from. If you can support a scammer but not someone who was treated unjust, idk..

I've told everything that people have asked. I'm just asking you take it into consideration a little longer than 10 mins

I just said above, we used that account, myself and vigilant I'm confused what you're trying to insinuate as you've obviously not read the previous replies - op.

Even with us sharing that account NO harm was done, it was all ban evasion again.

So once again I'll state - if you're a scammer with malicious intent on sythe.org you'll get unbanned to do it again, no big deal but if you evade for a reason that should have never happened to begin with you remain banned.

Good thing you're showing the users how to get unbanned. best staff 2013.

I think you should read the threads I posted a bit more thoroughly. They expose you to be doing more than you claim to have done.

I was a victim of Finn's power abuse, yet here I am. I didn't take the childish route by vading "in rage" among other things. You've created a web of mess.

That's not even me, what the fuck are you talking about? I was "banned" for impersonating kyo it kyro i don't even remember the guys name and the staff at the time proved that was incorrect.

Also, u weren't banned for years because of Finn so don't try to pull the i know what it's like shit.

It's easy for all new staff to say shit when they weren't around during it all. If there was a way to contact the others i could prove to you.

No you're right, I wasn't perm banned for years. I was hard-deleted from the database.

My stance on this still stays as a no, as you may have gathered.
