Report/post/reason that got you banned: i got banned for not completing a service for runescape .
and i apologize for offering a service i wasn't committed to.

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: none was a year or so ago.
Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: i just want to confess my lazyness of offering a serviced i wasn't gonna complete.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: i think you guys should forgive me because i actually like being on
here and love the community and all the mods, admins, ect great community to be in and i apologize for being sloppy. grantee won't happen again if accepted.
