Pardon for evading?

Easy as 314 here. I'm trying to get my banned removed. First off, I was banned on Easy as 314 for selling a name someone else had sniped, that I had bought. Here's all that

I made a dispute and waited a few days. No reply. So I went ahead and made an alternate account to try and continue with my name sales, and now it looks like the thing everyone is saying I did wrong is the vading which I wouldn't have had to do if it wasn't for the faulty ban that I hadn't been able to have removed in quite a while. As Unb4nn3d seems to be the only one who has checked out my dispute, I have had no other Mod/Admin input. I'm just wondering what I need to do here. As far as that goes I shouldn't have received the ban due to the fact that there was never even a successful report filed against me. I'm willing to do whatever I need to even if it involves giving the name back to the guy who was scammed (He's now banned, go figure...) and then continued to flame all my threads, until I was banned. Either that or the name can be given to a mod to sell and then add that to donations. I have no clue, you guys tell me.
