On my phone and on sythe and just thought can when a thread was originally posted to appear right next to who posted the thread? Like can this appear without having to open the thread?

You mean like where it lists the most recent post, have another column listing when the thread was created? Or something actually in the thread itself?

I think I see where you're coming from, but personally I feel as though implementing such a feature would clutter up a section. The last post date is good enough for me.

 

Gonna have to deny this because

1. There's going to be way too many dates / random things shown around on the page and as superman said, it will look cluttered.

2. If you're going to post on the thread, you'll be reading the OP anyways and thus, you'll see the date.
