Once again....

I did multiple orders for people, I said that I had a video to see if I could throw asmita off to be honest. This is BS and being taken offline by a mod after an admin unbans me is a joke. I meant arcus and other users. I have completed many orders since this and only stopped because my Mother got into a car accident. I just came back from day to day trips too and from a hospital to be banned again when I was unbanned. When someone gets unbanned, does multiple trade, then gets banned again after being told that it was a tossup is a joke. I want to be unbanned... There is no proof for me and there is no proof against me and that is why I was unbanned, FireZ said that it was a tossup because there was no proof.

Alright bud, these situations suck as they are by far the hardest to prove and usually ends up in a he said she said mess. -FireZ

 

Hey, it's Hoaven. I would like to dispute a ban for a accused "scam." First of all, the user never provided proof that he didn't take the money off of his account. I honestly have no proof of not taking it as I wasn't recording. I said that I was to see if I could fake out asmita to stop lieing. I was logged out of the account while attempting to do the Merlin's Crystal quest. I then logged back in to the account being located at the grand exchange with no money on the account (other than a combat bracelet that I sold because I bought 2). I wouldn't have wasted my time attempting to get xp rates and figure out how long it was going to take me to do the job. I did a job for a guy after that. I got a vouch for the job that I did do. I had to cancel a job... I was talking to Punjabi3 right after it happened also who told me to dispute it but I didn't think that with no proof of a scam that I would be banned. He proved that he has an account that had the money taken off of it nearly an hour after I had no access to the account. I think that the false accusation of a scam with no proof that I took anything should be a ban within itself. Thanks for reading this I guess.

I was unbanned by FireZ and rebanned by Superfluos for some reason. FireZ is an admin and being higher up I don't think that Super being a off-topic/Market mod should be able to go against that executive decision being lower ranked. (Maybe it's just the military speaking.)
