Proof: It's a bit of a maze, so I'll do my best to make this easy.

Basically, that first user was Thuqs Range and he charged back $20 from someone way back when. Now in that payment report/report of PayPal, you can see the users name is: Nick Lortie.

Both of those are pics off the report from the chargeback.

Now, user OmqiHybrid's skype name is: Nick.Lortie. Also, the common usage of Qs instead of Gs makes me believe that's more than enough to warrant an IP check and hopefully a match for vading.

I ran and IP check and there was not an exact match, but the registration IP for the banned account is extremely close to the IP on the second account. They are also located in the exact same area, which combined with the rest of the 'similarities' is way too much of a coincidence.

Banned.
