Just report the posts with the report button and add something along the lines of "spam" to the report. For future references you can just report their posts immediately and not answer at all to them. Aslong as there's no valid report from him proving you have scammed him then there is nothing to worry about; no need to defend yourself nor explain yourself. Usually when you just report them they will be told to back off and go with their proof to this section only.
