norfwest requesting a pardon

My oldest user was elvisthepup (made in 2009). I was banned for scamming $150 dollar worth in 2011. And previously I had a history of scamming much smaller amounts on different sites. I came back under a different name ETPSales and had donated and had vouches but was banned for ban evading. I paid back the users I could but my pardon was veto'd for leaving out information of scams. I came back again and what do you know my past is discovered again. I guess I'm not good at hiding who I am. Although it doesn't help that I taunt detectives such as TySimpson. I'm not saying I'm a perfect person, but I'm not a scammer. I just want to be involved with the community and posting and making trades sometimes. I scammed when I was aged 12-14. When I came back at age 15 I didn't scam, but was banned for past scams. At age 15 I paid back a victim 84m (a lot to me at the time) and donated (also a good amount me without a job etc). Well, I came back to the game and am loving it, in part thanks to successful sythe trades I've recently done. I'm trading and posting and loving it. I'd like to request a pardon or some guidance on how to make steps to rejoin the community. I'm aged 20 and am just being my honest self. I've grown a lot since my early adolescent years and am not the same person as I'm sure you can all relate in different ways. I've changed and hope to be a positive member of sythe.

edit: sorry made this thread hastily I'll make a greater effort to look into the past victims to see if any further repayment is necessary and take proofs of that.
