You both have to set out the ban in that case, you both will be left with a TWC and you both are free to dispute the TWC 30 days after you've been unbanned providing us vouches you have received while being TWC. Make sure those vouches are obtained from trades which actually happened.

 

just wanna let you know you guys are absolutely wrong doing something like that as you know i haven't scammed anyone and you know this is legit. also! i have many vouches i could have but have not claimed. wich i will as soon as i'm back!!! get all these vouches up in this.

There are more things forbidden on Sythe. Just because you did not scam anyone, does not mean you're right.

That's fine, if we figure out those trades were done beforre you've received your TWC, your TWC dispute will just be denied.
