Need help

Hey i got banned recently on ''tokz ket'' they told me to use a guest account but funny part is i cant appeal a unban WITH a GUEST account so how do i get unbanned i asked them why i got banned but there's litarly no evidence or anything i told them i would refund the one that got scammed (i did not scam) my Skype account got hacked recently and one guy got scammed cause of that they told me to refund him but how in the HECK can i refund someone if my sythe account remains unbanned so i have no way to contact him with a guest account also i'm requesting a unban so i can PROPER ask for a appeal since u cant appeal as a guest, thanks.
