    need help with paypal
    so long story short im not 18 i open'd a paypal account so i can sell 07 account for paypal then buy gold but my account got limited and i do not have the info to make it unlimited it says i need a healthcard and a photo I.D. so if anyone could make a fake 1 for me i put in fake info for paypal and the paypal name i used was "Josh NGU" and note i will be paying $4 paypal if anyone can help me if u can do this add my skype andrew.ehli3 and send the pic in a download

    This won't work. Please don't attempt to do this. If you're not 18, you're tough out of luck. No matter how many accounts you make, PayPal will follow up shortly after, and you'll be blacklisted.
