Need help with chargeback

I got scammed for 25$, I need help charebacking I've never had an issue until now.

I need help responding to chareback, the scammer responded and now paypal want me to provide more evidence. I can provide a lot of evidence but i cannot seem to add any files anywhere?

What do i do please help ASAP.

 

call them and ask if you're having trouble figuring it out. there's probably an "upload" button that you're just not seeing or they want you to explain yourself in words, not pictures
