    I don't care enough to do that. You make it sound like I've had a history of giving you infractions(which would be the case if I looked through your posts). This was the first one.

    I don't have a 'beef' with anyone. There are some I may dislike, but that does not effect my moderating.

    Yes and my argument was that its irrational to penalise some one with no ill intentions. Just like how some asshole cop the other day gave me mom a ticket for going 40 in a 30 because she didnt see the speed limit sign behind a large tree branch.

    You seemed to just give total disregard to what I was saying. It's not about the penalty itself that makes me upset, it's just the concept of it.
