    There are mods with basically the same amount of vouches. Vouches should have to play a part in being a moderator, unless they are a Market Moderator, where they should have some market experience.

    Anyways serious this time I think that Hahanerd should be promoted back and as for people that should be promoted for the first time, I'm not really sure. Considering all of the mods are really different in many aspects I have no idea what the staff would look for in users to be mods so dunt ask me.
