Minirank count

If it's easy to do - Can we add some way to see how many of each minirank exist? As in:

This is useful because it helps users value miniranks, and, if that other minirank suggestion is improved, minirank values will be even more useful information.

If it's not easy to do, never mind .

Nah, that's how many you have currently. More interested in adding this for both ones you do have and ones you don't, so, for example, you would see a 263 under 2fa since idk, 263ish people have it.

This would be cool, plus a total number of miniranks. So you could see there's x amount of Spyros out of say 1000 total miniranks.

 

I see positive/negative points to have this and to leave it as it is (so on both sides). I dont mind what will be the result

However, if it's an easy implementation then you've got my full support.

 

What about a "rarity" factory to the miniranks. Not a classification, but

Pokeball = 5% of total miniranks
Heidi = 1% of total miniranks


ect. Don't give actually numbers but ROUGH percentages.

 

That's not really any better than what we have now; we already know roughly how rare certain ranks are. I'd rather keep it unknown or make it fully known, which is what this suggestion is about.

 

I modified your suggestion based on what matthew said (a good point he had), as a compromise between the two. The idea would still add mystery (as is the point) but would allow users to see that maybe uwotm8 represents 2% where heidi is 1%.


Just a thought/compromise for the two different sides.

 

It basically accomplishes the same thing though. No point in doing what your suggesting.

I'd vouch. This doesn't set prices for miniranks. It simply allows for a guideline, which users will interpret their own ways. Most miniranks are already catagorized by how rare/desired they are, implementing this wouldn't affect prices much, if any at all

 

Support, I guess it just depends on how easily it's done.
