Maxing out melee

Just curious as to what you guys think I should do for training, I'm trying to max out my combat stats on my main. I'm afking at bandits which is awesomely easy, I can leave for hours at a time and come back with xp--and not botted

Currently my stats are at 90 attack, 91 defence (training this now) 99 strength, and 95 hp.

Any suggestions?

 

I'd just keep doing bandits if I were you. Are you using a bunyip or are they just not hitting you?

 

Yeah I think I will until 99 defence, the only problem is Guthans gives only defence and shared xp which means very slow attack xp.

They're hitting me plenty. But guthans has never failed to heal me back to full hp. There's no point bringing a bunyip, you'll find that you can spend hours there and leave with the same hp, with no food, that you came with.

 

"Purple" on RS just sat that with torags and such with a bunyip, and would just spawn a new one after 45 minutes. I'd suggest trying that after 99 defence, if you even have 68 summoning. I've never been a big cb trainer. My only 99 cb skill was hp... through soul wars.

 

ah k, I'm only 50 summ though. Ways to go. But I'll try that.

 

just keep dodin what you doing and use bunyip when ur training attack with a wihp!=]

 

You can afk bandits but keep in mind AFKing is a form of macroing. It's hard to enforce but it is considered an offense.

I found SW really fast. Just join a 115+ clan.

 

slayer, accounts with maxed combat + low slayer = yuk! (my opinion)

Yeah, I agree with Hellfire23, Slayer is VERY important, you should train it now... before its to late.

I would go with joining a 100+ clan at Soul Wars. If you don't really like SW, then keep AFKing at bandits.

 

..................? I thought one of the recent updates stopped bandits being possible? Guess not.

Ot: Bandits while your at school/asleep etc, when your there i'd suggest doing a bit of slayer, get 85+ you've always got a good source of money to fall back on.

I thought you can't AFK no more, it'll log you out even after 5 minutes of combat.

 

Yea it does... Even if you're getting attacked you log out. It happens to me at the spiders in security stronghold all the time.
