I highly doubt everytime someone wants to get in touch with staff, that Richard wants to be receiving 50+ emails from us everyday, I think with 10-20-30-50 non-market users, that is not an effective method lol.

 

How exactly is that going to help DNT members though, a lot of them will probably want to talk to staff regularly because every single one of us will eventually probably attempt to pardon if we want back in the market, the same thing goes for if we have an issue we need to discuss with staff or something.


I'm not so worried about actual staff that have other contact methods(like skype etc), but what I am worried about is its going to be near impossible for me or any other DNT member to contact you, Roary(Not hard for me but others will have trouble), basically any administration+ or any staff w/o skype is going to be almost impossible to get to.

I think it's going to be brutal to have to spam every staff on skype to tell another staff so and so needs to talk to you.

Alright I'm not going to argue it, I'm just saying in a few weeks if theres 50 DNT members spamming every staff's skype that's public "hey I need to talk to superman" or "hey I need to talk to some staff w/o skype", I have a feeling its going to get really old really fast for you guys with public info lol.

If the community and staff want it that way, that's fine, but I thought it was worth bringing up.
