    And make a script to ban all 80 and 8080 ports.
    ( most proxys are 80 8080 ports ) :O.

    There was an important word in your post.

    Therefor they will use a proxy that doesn't use an 80 or 8080 port.

    Does that cover VPN's too, though? Although most 13 year old scammers/ban evaders don't know what a VPN is.
