Infraction

I was pointing out the thread was made in 2007, it's 2010 now. Info is way old, and didn't even belong in community general if you ask me.

 

There was no point in you posting then... people can see and think for themselves.

 

Your post was obviously spam... if you wanted to help you would have reported the thread/pm'd a moderator. Bumping it to the top isn't helping... it's quite obvious the thread was grave dug.

Well I was just trying to prevent other people from posting, and the guy who gravedug it was already temp banned. So is another mod going to look at this or am I denied?

 

I'm sure if other people would at least read the first post and notice the time that it was posted they would of known that it was gravedug. There want honestly no need, or valid reason to post

But in reality, hardly anybody looks at when the thread made. Would it be any better if I deleted my post?

 

I'm not sure that would do any good, because if we reverse it for you just because you deleted your post, anyone could later delete the post that they received an infraction for and ask for a reversal.

 

But the difference between me and a lot of people, I actually learned from my mistake(Don't point out when a thread is gravedug >.>)

 

The best way for you to remember is to keep that infraction there so you don't forget .

I'm going to bed, it would be great if a global could post.

 

Anyone can say that... Just deal with it - it's only one infraction.

 

It's not just "one infraction" when I have 3 points, all from stupid, not warranted, bias infractons. I'm running close to a temp simply because Dalpra and [N]ick don't like me. Whatever, just close this before I get infracted for disputing an infraction, again.

 

Previously, this would have been a warranted infraction for Backseat Modding. However, I am sick of Moderators using the Spamming infraction as some sort of conglomerated infraction whereby it can be used to cover old infractions, such as Backseat Modding, Double Posting, Gravedigging, etc.

Whilst it's more desirable that you simply report it, the post is not spam. Reversed.
