I was beta testing windows 10, it bluescreened saying "end of evaluation", beta testers were promised free upgrade. I put the beta on a fresh SSD for the best possible results, so I didn't have the HDD with the Windows 7 that would have gotten the free upgrade. So it didn't register my machine to do it. So I had to explain this to an indian so many times literally 20 times i said "6 months" she kept saying so you installed windows 10 and it blue screened the next day? LITERALLY FUCKING 20 TIMES, I believe in being as polite to customer service representatives... I fucking LOST MY SHIT. "6 FUCKING MONTHS!" "180 MOTHER FUCKING DAYS!" "HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLY NOT BE FUCKING WITH ME RIGHT NOW!" "ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT!" Ended up having to backup my whole PC and then use my windows 8.1 pro recovery disks from my original installation. Then once I was on windows 8.1 pro, I was able to upgrade to windows 10.
