    I realize ikbengeil was TWC'd originally(reason found here), and that ikbengiel has been inactive since that TWC (inactive for 2 months), but both ikbengeil, and Gnome5 were banned for two weeks + TWC'd after, but according to the dispute he was ban evading a user known as Bayuka-san from approximately two years ago. This means that he not only ban evaded on Gnome5, but he also ban evaded on ikbengeil as well.

    Dispute (there was a Skype match from a user that was banned approx. 2 years ago):
    gnome5 banned

    Can't find previous report, but you can see that proof in the dispute. ^
