How to start...

I haven't played Runescape for a very very very long time, and when I did I only played classic since it's a better game imo. Anyway, I know everything about classic, but nothing about any of the newer stuff in RS2 besides maybe the grand exchange. I don't know anything about the scale of good items to bad items or anything, but I'd like to learn.

Anyway, I recently made my beloved 2001 account a member for a month to see how I'd like it, but the thing is that that account has really always been F2P besides for when I was hacked (summoning got raised to 13) so I've got no idea what to do or where to start...Anything...At all.

Hell, I don't even know what summoning is or how it works, neither farming, construction...Nothing. To me summoning feels like a useless addition to my combat level.

I've got 42k in my bank, full rune + kite, baxe, scim and I think a 2h.

What I want to know is what the hell do I start with???

 

It depends. Do you want to focus more on skilling on your character, or raising the combat level?

 

well theres many options for you, become a zerker pure...keep def at 45 and max the rest(apart from prayer).

Summoning is actually pretty useful, Like when you are killing KBD or blue drags/black drags. You can bring a familiar along to carry my stuff so you get more out of your trip.

I would start out training to try and get 70 att. Then do some money making.

You should do a few quests before even getting too involved. Monkey Madness & prerequisites (2 medium length & easy quests), Frem... Trials and Frem... Isles for Neitzoit helm.

Recipe for Disaster is a good quest chain to do - and the rewards are worth the time.. but isn't really mandatory as you can buy decent substitutes.

Train with slayer. Thank me later.

**You should do the quest 'Smoking Kills' to unlock slayer points before you get too serious with it.. It pays off greatly.

 

your best bet is getting a little higher and killing some green drags or something for some easy cash at first. then get some skills up and start quests like they said. then work your way up from there.

 

i would suggesst u to lv ur str att and def to at least 70 and above , then go and kill green dragons~~it gives very good cash...

 

If you do not want to bot then I would say just start training in a skill that you like and try to pick the best method for doing so so you could also get some money. Also doing some quests might help you get started.

 

I like how someone hacked your lvl 38-ish account, gave it membs, and levelled your summoning.

When you first start membs, I suggest you train your f2p skills to a decent level, so that you can make bank - then move on to training member skills higher, so that you can acquire more currency. etc etc etc.

 

Don't start now, just don't. It's very bad time to start, since more and more useless updates are coming.

 

You could start with slayer and getting 60 attack with it, doing monkey madness and getting a d scimitar. Could do Recipe for Disaster too or atleast a few subquests.
