Re-issued the TWC since I don't believe this is your home IP. Please provide a bill you've received from your internet provider to proof me wrong.

 

Home IP post

I am not the bill payer of the house, my parents are. I can post again off my home IP if necessary, I go out to work every morning and usually get back every day, if not every few days, and I use a VPN when out at work. I can post off the same IP again, it is my home IP and where my home is situated but I cannot provide a bill because I don't pay it and I don't think my parents would give me access to it.

 

Any other kind of bill would work aswell. Just any kind of confirmation that you actually reside there.

Not sure why this is such an issue. If I didn't live there, how would I post off the IP, I'd have to get a password to connect to the internet there? I can post off there anytime you ask, this wouldn't be possible if I didn't live there. As I said, I don't pay any bills, my parents do and I don't think they'd be comfortable me taking a picture of a bill just to remove a TWC here when I already posted on my home IP address..

 

You don't need to pay any bills to proof you actually reside there. Everyone receives post, you do aswell. You'd only be making a problem out of this if you don't actually reside there.
