im currently looking for a comp cape account searching for an trimmed comp cape or a comp cape with 1b im not looking for anything but this . is sythe and powerbot the only places i might be able to find someone trusted ?

Use sythe search or browse thru the accounts forum section. You might find other places, but for safety these places might be better.

 

ill look some more but only trusted person i found is not responding i dont know how to tell if a few others are trusted

 

Aren't shady, many vouches, willing to use a trusted middle man, and been on sythe from some time (doesn't have to be years, but not someone new).

Always use a middleman, but most might decline because account trades are weird. Also, always ask for a sythe pm from sellers/buyers before paying/selling; that's to confirm you're not talking to an impersonator, and have proof of pm, just in case.

 

Trimmed comp accounts sell for a LOT. One guy I skilled for (from near-trim to trim ) bought his for $1500 with 1 div and 99 dg. You're probably looking at $2kish; it's really not worth it for something cosmetic, especially when half of them are recovered anyway. But yeah, you can find them on Sythe, but you'll have to wait a few weeks. Trusted sellers won't be offloading them unless they're their personal accounts, in which case they're gonna be expensive af.

You won't find what you're looking for.

Someone trusted selling a comp cape with 1b xp, that won't recover it. You're looking at $1500 minimum I agree.

Plenty of trusted max capes go for more.

If you buy an account for a lot of money, ask for the sellers personal details (phone number, full name, etc) as well.

 

Eight months ago. I haven't been active in that market in about 5 months, but I only know of one trimmed comp account that was actually sold this year on sythe. There are probably others, but none that I can vouch for happening personally.

 

They are definitely right about the price range.

I've seen moderately trusted individuals selling it for way less than 1500 (like half as much at 750 USD), but can you really trust someone who is REASONABLY trusted with an account like that?

When shopping for something that is easily recoverable (and I mean SO easily if it's really their original account), you don't want to trust someone who has maybe 50 vouches that total roughly around the true value of that account (1500/2K) or anywhere near that value, because you can bet that in a few months when they are bored with Sythe, they will recover that account.

You want to buy it from a Mod or someone with hundreds of vouches and that's why it's rare enough to be worth 1500. If you see it for less and the person is a user like I described above...do yourself a favor AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!

i wouldn't buy an account, even through playerauctions. Last time I did it somehow got recovered. Hell, I wouldn't even buy an account. spending 2k on an rs3 acc is dead, and thats what you would be paying as everone has said. You will also be waiting a long time for a trusted user to pop up with one. Sorry to burst your bubble, but seriously imo not worth it
