Hacked

I was told to look at the faq regarding account recovery but i cant seem to find it my ip address on my personal computer is :

my skype has always been and still is speedyboosts1337

i have donated via moes on skype a few years ago

i am sythe verified u have my personal phone number

I dont understand why im banned..

i rarely have acccess to another computer other than mine

please contact me on skype if you need more infos

 

It says I got hacked, over the years my ip might have changed but its always been in Quebec, Canada.

How do we proceed from here

Please give me the following details:

- PayPal transaction details of your donation
- Virus scan results. Preferably malwarebytes + an additional virus scan
- New e-mail address for us to add to your account. Gmail preferably.

Post a new thread with all these details and I'll merge it with this one and hide any personal details.

 

-Paypal transaction: It was a while back, ive had a new pc since so our skype conversation history might have been deleted. if you still have the same pc you could scroll up our conversation and u'd see without a doubt that i did indeed donate to sythe.
