Going 40 Defence

Alright so I made the decision to go 40 defence from turmoil pure, Ive already got turmoil so what other quests do I need to make a 40 defence pure? These are the quests ive already done to get defence xp

What other ones do I need, and what are the best items for 40 defence?

 

Dragon slayer and all the quests for barrows gloves.

Goblin Diplomacy Quest
Big Chompy Bird Hunting
Biohazard
Demon Slayer
Murder Mystery
Nature Spirit
Priest in Peril
Restless Ghost
Witch's House
Gertrudes Cat
Shadow of the Storm
Lost City
Monkey Madness
Desert Treasure
Horror from the Deep
Must have started the Legends quest.

I assume you already have a lot of them done if you have rune gloves now.

Go through the list and look up any quests that you haven't done, and see if they give defence. All the quests on the list are important ones that you need anyways for turmoil, barrows gloves etc. so its worth getting them done.

 

^ This, Although I recommend getting 45 defence just because you can wear torso which is totally recommended as a turmoil pure.

Both are quite extensive and detailed.

 

The first one id do is Dragon Slayer. It gives a lot and you want to get it over with.
