False Advertising?

I just am wondering is this like officially in the market selling rules?? As for websites he says "if you try and make use of an advertised rate and they refused you should file a scam report" This means I have green light to make 10-15 scam reports a day to all the people who say "out of stock or full stock" because that fits his definition of a person using an advertised rate and refusing it.

After all, it's super important that people are updating their threads 24/7, like the second the stock is out or they are full stock they better update that title and thread instantly... I'll be pissed as fuck if I get click baited by a website that states "online 24/7 or online now buying gold at x rate" and when I go there they aren't buying at that very second.

Anyways I've seen some scam report posts on false advertising and before I join in on the fun I just wanna make sure it's now an enforceable rule.
