Disputing Infraction

Hello I've been provided with an unfair infraction and here is why Soul is just abusing his powers due to a vendetta against myself.

In this post a user says "Hey" and it was liked:
[SIGNATURES] Soul Creations! [500+ ORDERS] [PP/RSGP/BTC] [MOD] [PREMIUM]

However I have typed up a way more constructive comment and this is what I received:

Please either remove my infraction or remove that guys comment and provide him an infraction. This is clear abuse of the rules. Staff using the rules to their advantage. Not fair at all.

Disputing Infraction

So you didn't even give me a chance to reply.

It's not MY job to report them. It is YOUR fault that you are infracting people like myself for posting comments however you keep posts that are not created by me that don't relate to the topic.

I'd like another moderator to review this except Soul. It is clearly biased. Soul should be given a warning for creating infractions against people he has a vendetta against.

 

it is your job to report them, staff are a court, not a police.

 

/soul is not required to allow you to reply. In fact infractions are dealt with by pming the moderator who issued you the infraction if it unjust, which yours was justified so not sure why your trying to dispute it.

DISPUTING MY INFRACTION AGAIN

"Staff are court not police"

Sythe being a court means that nothing would revolve in it. The court is nothing without a judge, the defendant and claimant, the jury and the visitors who are just there watching.

The defendant (or in other words myself) has attached multiple threads down there for the judge to base on. The judge ignore all the evidence that I have presented but still deny my case.

The jury has found the defendant not guilty but still the judge ignores what the defendant has to say.

In that case Sythe is not operating like a proper court now. Learn what the meaning of court is and how they operate then maybe we can have a proper debate rather than you "pussying" out in the PM's @Tmoe

All evidence of mine has been presented, is quite valid and yet it is dismissed. It is perfectly reasonable evidence.

You should have said Sythe is a court when it benefits the staff.

Both of your infractions are valid and at this point you're wasting staff time. Stop.
