Hahanerd45 here with my first guide. This is just a simple guide for starters on Sythe and it will explain how to delete posts. Suggestions and advice are welcomed. Why is this useful? Usually, Sythe is down and people get frustrated when they click on "Submit New Post" and it doesn't come up right away. So often, people will double click, and get double posted. This is a guide to delete unwanted or unnecessary posts. 1. Go to the post you want to delete. For example, I went on my Complete Skilling thread. Click on Edit. 2. After you have clicked Edit, a different window will appear on the post you want to edit. Hit delete. 3. Next, there will another windowlike popup. Click on "Delete Message," and type in a reason why you want to delete the post. 4. At last, your post is gone.
why would you make a guide about this? I think everyone knows... but It's good for the noobs that are new here
I'm fine with how the guide is written, and laid-out. Yet, I don't see the need for making a guide about this. I'm pretty sure people have enough common sense to figure out that the delete button is what you click to delete posts. I just see this guide as unnecessary. Still...good job making it, the pictures make it easy to follow along. Overall, good guide I guess. Just not needed.
