#Deadman Mode Progress

Here's how far I got day one, how did everyone else do?

 

Nice man, I logged on finished tutorial island and got killed.

 

So far I'm 40 agility, 10 defence, 22 thieving, 25 prayer, 6 magic, and 11 hitpoints.

 

Looking to get back into runescape and trying this out!

Nice work Bus, what's everyones first thoughts/impressions on the game?

 

Personally, I really enjoy it, one of my friends quit after accidently getting himself skulled hah.

 

I got to 68 Thieving but died and lost all my GP to the team cape bug.

To those who don't know if you equip a team cape, even with right click attack only on, attack will become the first option. It's not a big deal since I kept my Thieving level so the GP will be easy to get back but it set me back like 50k.

Zybez changed their stuff to Deadman mode so that's going to be a great website to use again.

I like it so far but I feel like the death penalties are way too harsh ATM. I think many people would ragequit from dying as you pretty much lose everything no matter what. Also, once you get skulled you're pretty much fucked. People will attack you so it will never go away and the fact that you have to be moving makes it extremely hard to get rid of.

 

on day 1 i was rank 1 overall for two hours, died, then got 71 combat, just logged in for day 2 to get more major gains.

 

This game mode is sweet.

Although your starts are off to a good start, you could be set back if you ever died.

Never the less, great progress.

 

Hey man, pretty good progress. How long do you play / day?

 

I've gotton way farther than this last update.

im 30/40/30 on combat

25 prayer

55 thieve, 49 fish, 50 cooking etc.


Around 4-6 hours a day.

 

I'm 68 cook/fish 50 att 50 str 50 def 45 mage atm.. Got full rune and scim, think I'll aim for 60/60/60 tomorrow and maybe overhead prayers.

 

I haven't started the game mode, but not bad progress Bus!

 

melee does not do very well in the game, everyone does range/mage entangle and kill you from a distance.
