For anyone reading this thread, let me clarify the situation.

Gun rented an account from Pie, Gun decided to stream on the account, Pie kicked him off the account and asked the staff mods what he should do with the gold on the account (it wasn't anywhere near 160m.. although the other day Gun was claiming it was 170m, which one was it? It was neither, because Gun is a compulsive liar and scammer.)

Gun apparently has video proof of how much gold was on the account when he was kicked off, nobody has seen this video, becauseeeeeeeeeee it doesn't exist.

TL;DR this thread is fake and exaggerated.

 

if he was streaming, shouldn't it be on the stream.. like in past broadcasts? whoevers stream..

 

I have no idea on that part, but I know Gun proclaimed to have proof (video, so I'm assuming the stream?) but he won't provide anyone with the proof, or post it public (I wonder why????)

Why not look at your VIDEO PROOF, surely that VIDEO PROOF will tell you what the RSN is????

 

The rule is stated if it's a joke? This isn't a joke. It's a valid discussion thread pertaining to his ban last year scamming me.

Also, how does it take less than 24 hours for mods/admins to come up with this rule, yet i've been reporting, requesting it to nearly every staff member for the past 4 months and it's been completely ignored. Sounds like preferential treatment to me.

He was literally banned in March of last year for this Richard. Even though Video is a dick, he doesn't ban haphazardly. Or maybe you should temp him until it's completed, seeing as in addition to scamming me blackhat activities were included as well? This isn't something that just came about, it was a ban on him from last year.

By definition I am compliant with all SF rules, including your new implementation; I am not crossing any lines.

 

Pulling the actual #s, and not just my personal recollection.

Pie went through with scamming 160M 07 from me claiming a breach in ToS that was already disproven and told to him it wasn't allowed. That being "If you stream while on the account, I can change the password and keep all funds on the account" something worded slightly different. He refused, removed me etc and was banned for outstanding debt.

I owed WolfRunescape 30.5M 07 from an issue prior to this, and a backroom deal without even talking to me was made with Pie, Wolf, and Video. Video stated he "Took Pie's word" on the amount that was stolen from me because I was banned for scamming apparently deeming anything I say invalid? Essentially they took the word of some guy who scammed me, and I am sure there are others in-game (As I've heard repeated stories of his shadiness at the arena, even individuals who hate me will agreed).

So even with the blackhat and intentional scamming by refusal of repayment and not heading staff's ruling on his ToS prior to the rental, he refunded Wolf (Essentially me) without my knowledge for 30.5m and was unbanned. Without pardoning, without mention of blackhat or answering for the blackhat activities at all.

The other part which is of course just me voicing simple logic is the following; So he scams me for said amount, refunds partial for a debt I owe, then as soon as he is unbanned donates the dollar amount of the difference. IMO the kid made out big at the arena, or scammed at the arena who knows, came back and somehow had funds to donate a substantial amount, re-open a maxed main service, and open up a gold site.

Last part is, he has lied to his customers, friends and workers about the situation itself anyhow. In instances either claiming it did not happen or that I supposedly scammed him. That of which i'd love to hear.

 

I love when scammers get scammed. Makes my cheerios taste much better.

Hello? Video proof? All I'm seeing is a bunch of words from an actual known scammer??

 

Dont even worry about this thread. The user gun is god has been pardoned multiple times for several PROVEN scams. People believe he's changed but I personally know it's only a matter of time. The money has slowly withered away from his gambling addictions. He'l be perm'd in 90 days max.
