We've received evidence that the RSN you've submitted in the order form has indeed received the gold. Do you have any proof to claim otherwise, such as a chatlog you've had with them at the time? Make sure timestamps are clearly visible in this case.

 

@Wortel They did mistake i think, i never got the money i traded them and they sayed you already received the rsgp and i dont know what happend there i think someone goed example like my name but have changed it little bit

I've looked through this, if your gold wasn't immediately delivered, why did it take you 14 days by your own admission(from chat logs) to bring this up? Not only this, but you've used very similar names in the past when receiving gold, as shown here:
https://i.imgur.com/G0dkSDx.png. All on the same IP. The ign of the account which received gold was also extremely similar to this.

It's also ridiculous that you you claim someone with an identical name, came to that world, that exact location at that very same minute - it doesn't add up at all. Sounds like a poor attempt at trying to get some extra gold after flaming their live chat agents which staff can see above.

Please cancel the paypal chargebacks you're attempting to claim, you're not untitled to that. Failure to do so will result in a ban on sythe.
