    UT = user title
    This suggestion is going to be short,
    Can we remove the fact that admin has to verify the user title,

    There's two advantage's to this:
    Save admin's time
    and allow's user to there titles fasters.

    There not much a person can do that they can't just post, It's pretty much same as posting some on forums,

    Or perhaps even change the permissions down to globals.
