this has been posted in the suggestions before, you're apparently allowed to promote someone else's business even if the OP is banned. Mind blowing tbh, but if it's bus's account that's bumping, that's against the rules as ALL his accounts should be banned. Pretty sure that would be considered ban evading

I just looked it up, the suggestion I read was specifically for a vouch thread for a banned user, according to mods all threads in the market section for a banned user should be locked.
