Building Accounts

NO,risk leveling give me a skill list and a due date, i will make a new account and get to work immediatly on it

 

Wouldnt it be better if they made the account and you leveled it?

I skill the account i create so they dont have to send me their account, i send them the account they change email and password and then i get my money

 

Why would that be an issue, they are likely to give you a throwaway level 3
