Bizarre Glitch

A few days ago, one of my accounts wasn't able to use the GE. Every time that I tried, it got a message saying the order could not be placed. However, it worked fine for all my other accounts. Switching worlds didn't do anything either.

Today, I tried again and had the same problem. I was finally able to fix it by hopping to a f2p world and dying.

Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone have a guess what caused it?

UPDATE:
Happened again. This time I know I had offers in before and am not getting free items.
About 800m in offers now only show on the collect items screen, but not in the control panel. They are also not filling or moving at all. Very confused...

Oh and this was a different account.

 

I've never experienced nor heard anything about a glitch even slightly related to this...


Did you only experience on one account? Or was it on your IP? Maybe Jagex was fucking with you?

 

Just one account. All of mine were on the same IP and they were all doing similar actions in the GE (I had just finished selling off 10m gold ore, but I doubt that's relevant).

Pretty much everything significant between the accounts were the same, yet just this one had the problem.

Oh and to make it weirder:
After I died in f2p and came back to p2p and went to the GE something very strange happened. When I press the button to use the grand exchange, it was empty, but when I pressed collect, I was able to collect about 10m worth of items that I don't remember placing. Not complaining about that part though.

 

If its a new account I think you need to talk to the guy at the GE gate, if you've already done that then sorry idk.

 

It had been working fine before and is working fine again now. This account is probably about 6 years old.

I just hope it wasn't a partially filled order for like 300m or something that I forgot about and lost my money though.

I've never heard about this type of glitch before. Although, it might be happening to that one account because maybe you've done a glitch in the G.E And IGM's suspected something.

 

I've never experienced anything like this, but it doesn't sound too serious.

 

I'd report it to Jagex
as for the random 10m, have you tried checking GE history? it should say if you did something or not

 

I didn't intentionally do any glitch and I don't think pmods can GE ban..

It wasn't, I'm just glad I figured out how to fix it.

I checked the GE history and me taking out that item didn't show up. Things only show up in your history for completed offers so maybe it wasn't/isn't done.

I thought about reporting it but didn't because I also do RWT on that account.

 

Yeah, I woulden't report it either; no need to bring attention to yourself. Never heard of anything like this either, lets just hope that you actually got a free 10M instead of the alternitive.

It wasn't a Pmod, they can't do that.

This is beyond anything I've heard of before. Not ever really heard of actual ge glitches like this.

 

I've never heard of anything even slightly similiar to this... the fact you possibly squeezed a free 10M out of the GE too is incredible!

 

Even after some research on the internet i can not find anything about this, Nor has it happened to me.

 

I'm not nearly certain it was me actually losing a few hundred mil unfortunately.

I wasn't able to find anything even remotely close either. Hopefully someone here knows something or I can work towards figuring this out.
