    I have googled bitcoin wallet and theres dozens of results.

    What is the most common site to start a bitcoin ac

    Which site is the safest

    Are there fees, if so which site has lowest fees

    If I have some bitcoin how do I convert that to my local currency

    Ive had problems with ppl doing chargebacks on paypal before. Does that happen with bitcoin

    I recommend using Coinbase.
    If you want to cashout BTC to your currency you'll need a bank account.
    There are no chargebacks with bitcoin.

    To start out use electrum client or blockchain.info wallets, make sure you write down all your info as there is no way to recover lost details.

    The fee is very small, usually a couple cents. There are no charge backs, its literally impossible.

    I'm not sure where you're from, but most people use an exchange to convert bitcoin to dollars. Sites like circle or coinbase will let you sell your bitcoins. There are also sites like localbitcoins where you can sell them in person for cash.

    Idk about sites they have been hacked in the past. Just download a wallet like the other said.

    For selling i'd use local bitcoin for safest transactions
