Being Human

I play Clash of Kings on my phone, Its alot like clash of clans and many other online based games. Pretty much ends up cultures and races against one another. Its a lot of fun and ive got pretty deep into it battling for the kingdom. Well today unfortunately a member of another clan passed away in a work related accident. The kingdom came together and held a memorial for the fallen solider of CAB. Thousands of castles have camped troops outside his castle. Was really cool and honestly showed some real compassion and support. Been a long time since ive seen anything close to that in a game. Last i can remember is when the old nite passed away and his memorial.

you could of just left and not posted anything at all. Was just expressing the fact that i havent seen anything like this in a game in a very very long time. Brought up some old memories of runescape and my childhood. Weird roller coaster tbh

 

Most the time people just go missing from playing online and you never realise we have a end date. 'Cos in games, you die and are reborn, or just continue playing forever.

What I mean to say is I've not known anyone that played and passed away.. so thats sad.



Edit: On a side note, I've always wondered what my (social group) of friends online would think when I pass, and if they were ever to know. Curious.

 

My girl would just text jon in my phone and pass the word on. I always used team speak a lot and she would jump on every once in awhile and say hey to the ddyce crew from last year. She adored jon and knew we were close friends so im sure she would seek him out. On a side note i found out a few old runescape pals from 08 ended up getting married and have kids now. I spent years waiting for him to get on and one day he did. Had a nice long convo and havent seen him since... Shout out spy390 ivoryblades and ursomestup

I love them convos, this girl I knew from rs back in 06/ used to be apart of my "rs family" back then, spoke to her just last year and she's still the same attention craving slug. :')
