Avoid Usfine

here was my experience with them...

 

People who are not part of company's act as they are, and they get the locations these sites trade at, and once they see some1 got gold they bought, they pretend they are from the company, and the demand the gold back. from my point of view it looks like you got scammed

 

So you have the gold, i do not see a problem

 

The confusion is probably because they are getting random people not working for their company to deliver the gold to you. Instead of them handing you the gold, they eliminate any risk of wipes/bans by just getting their gp suppliers to directly deliver the gold.

 

What happened? You gave the gold back?

 

Please give more info. I think I am talking for the rest of us.. what exactly happened?

 

I can explain what happened:

- Customer bought gold from USFine
- USFine had the gold delivered (by themselves or paid someone else to do it)
- Someone was watching USFine's deliveries and started messaging anyone who traded with USFine's character, trying to scam them
- Customer comes back to Live Chat for clarification

* Here's where USFine Provides Horrible Service*

- USFine sees the customer is asking questions, and immediately turn unprofessional
- Instead of listening to the customer, they start flipping on him and saying things like "ARE YOU STUPID?"

This is what gives gold sites a bad name. Companies like USFine need to learn how to provide real customer service. Makes me sick to see a customer treated this way. Furthermore, USFine is partially at fault for exposing their customers to this risk. They obviously know that a scammer is following their deliveries and abusing patterns in their system.

I didn't give the gold back, I dont care who gave it to me, I had the 6mil, I was just confused by someone saying they were from runescapegold2007 giving me my gold opposed to someone from UsFine, when I tried to ask what was up they called me stupid and actually ended the livechat session..

I also had probably 4 people messaging me ingame with things like "CONFIRM HOW MUCH GOLD YOU PURCHASED", "PLEASE MESSAGE ME BACK SO I CAN TRANSFER YOU THE GOLD YOU HAVE JUST PURCHASED", "TO PREVENT RWT BANS PLEASE TRADE US SOME RANDOM ITEMS TO AVOID DETECTION". I'm just waiting for a ban now because of these idiots

 

^ It wouldn't surprise me. Sorry to be so blunt, but trading with these retards could easily result in a ban.

Bad customer service is bad.

 

I believe most sites like this have warning messages on their site that state never to trade the gp back, however it is still pretty sketchy lol.

 

The exact same thing happened to me when I was selling gold to arcus isidar.

 

Yeah, a warning message is helpful, but customers may not fully understand the warning message. This guy came back just for clarification. He did not claim USFine scammed him, or owed him another 6M. He simply asked why so many people were messaging him in-game. You can imagine that someone who is using their RS character which they have invested a lot of time into is going to be concerned when 4-5 people in-game are harassing him about RWT.

Because their company uses very obvious delivery characters, which are being shared at any given moment by multiple Chinese websites, they expose their customers to this harassment. The least they can do is ease their customer's nervousness and explain that they should ignore the messages in-game.
