So the deal was my VCC for 58$ paypal dollars
He payed me and now the money is gone out of my paypal and my account is limited

he says he sent it as a gift and he cant get it back and he doesnt know what im talking about.. what do i do?
He didnt get a chance to get my VCC but now my paypals limited?!?!

I think this explained all, I paid him $58 in paypal for a vcc and then he afk'd for like 18 hrs cuz he had to sleep, without telling me anything? or giving warning? Thus, I made a dispute to know what the hell was going on and try to get my money back if he had scammed me. Also, now he is unwilling to cooperate and refund the money and resolve the dispute even though he admitted I didn't even get the VCC.

We agreed on 58$ for my VCC with 75$ on it, we struggled to find an OMM that I agreed to pay fees on for about an hour. I told him multiple times I had to go soon and asked him if he wanted to finish the trade the following day, he said he was in a hurry I don't remember exactly what he said but I think it was a timed auction of some sort because he kept saying things like, 'ok man hurry up on 10 minutes left' or '3 minutes left man' (These are just examples). He finally decided that he would go first and sent me the 58$, I guess he ran out of time or something because the next thing I know he has filed a request to get his money back, so I tell him I g2g and we will resolve the problem the next day. I waited for his response but never got one, So I log off. I log back in the next day hoping that I can give him the VCC and he will drop the dispute. Next I login paypal to find my balance -$58.00. He recovered his money without even giving me a chance to pay him, that's why I feel he should be banned for attempting to scam me.

I don't see any proof of you giving him the VCC code.

 

I never claimed to give him the VCC code, he filed a claim before I had the chance to.
Hence why the title is 'attempted scam'

 

Or maybe he claimed back because he didn't get the code and you went offline?...

 

He knew I had to go soon before he sent me the money, I asked him if he wanted to do the trade the next day. I went off for about an hour and a half, maybe two, he was offline when I came back. And he recovered the money before I left anyways.

 

It's not his fault, if anything it's yours.
