I've contacted Richard about messing with the email settings to see why you wouldn't have gotten the email - will hopefully see an update soon

 

Can I change my email to something else? Seeing as outlook seems to be having problems if you could change my email address to [email protected]

You posted that second post from a new IP - post from your original IP and I will make the change

 

I have a dynamic IP every time and I turn off my router at night before I go to sleep... I am given a new IP address but the location is still the same?

 

Here is a screenshot of the current email address registered with my Sythe account to somewhat prove its me.. Just not getting the recovery pass email hence why I've asked if the email can be changed to [email protected]

The IP you originally posted this dispute with is a proper match, however the recent 2-3 posts aren't.

Please post the email change request with the first IP you used to post this dispute.

The IP you originally used on the acc matches the octets of the IP for this dispute (the first post). Then the IP at some point on the acc (Ashley) changes to the ones on your second dispute meaning that the octet you initially posted with is still linked to your router/you can still access it.

Please do so, it's necessary for the email change.

 

Can you tell me which IP address you're actually looking for so I have some sort of idea? I've turned my router off last night so today I should have a different IP from yesterday?

 

Ok I've checked my outlook.com recently activity to see which IP address you are referring too. I think I've changed it about 10 times now and this seems to be close to the original first post
