Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: No, since my last ban I haven't done anything wrong on Sythe. I also didn't know this was against the rules. I'll make sure to read the rules if I am unbanned

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
So theres a server called Nearreality.com that stole a close buddy of mines player base and name, now my friend has the trademark and has lawyers shutting them down to run his server he owns the name of Near-reality.net (can show proof of ownership of trademark if necessary). Since they were shutting down I thought it would've been okay.

The reason why I was trying to purchase the Database is to do a mass email once the server goes down because once the server gets shut down we are going to refund the players who played on "Nearreality.com" all the ranks and ingame items they donated for with proof shown. The database wasn't purchased and I requested a close to thread once I found out it's against sythes rules.

I didn't have any intentions to do any harm to anyones account or information. and to prove to that I wanted to purchase Julys database which I'm sure everyone already changed their password.

Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: Yes I did and I hope the staff members here give me a chance by either unbanning me for give me a temporary ban for a certain amount of time.
