Any methods to staking?

Hey guys, last few weeks ive had 100m, and have been staking by the method of start with 1m stakes, lose, 2m stakes, lose, 4m stakes, lose, 8m , etc , etc. so i had a massive loosing streak and cleaned me down from 100m.

Then i bought 40m, did the same thing about 2 weeks ago. Cleaned. Bought another 40m this week, made 55m then had a massive 8 losses in a row and cleaned.

I box with maxed melee and am i just having terrible luck or is the methods to staking other than the switching between attack and defence styles? Would i be better off getting a rapier? any input is appreciated Thanks

Rapier has better odds. If you hit a lot of 0s, you're more likely to hit a lot of high damages, and possibly critical the next duel. However, you need a good PID and a decent computer/laptop for this. Some computers and laptops lag at the start, so even if you had a good PID, it won't do much if you cannot click within the 3 second count down.

With rapier, a lot of people only do small stakes, so you cannot keep doubling your previous staking loss. I've seen someone rapier staking 300M+, doing 60/40. Which means you only have to put a third of his stake, which would be 200M. Because you both know that he lost a lot of times, in order to get where he was. So his odds are higher than yours.

Do style switching as well, before you hit, put it on accurate, and before you get hit, on defensive. Switch to aggressive every so often, but not anywhere close to the amount of times you have it on accurate. Every good staker seems to do this, so it must help in the slightest.

 

The only thing I can say is that you should probably use the punch-block method.

When your char is attacking them, have your attack style on punch/attack.

When they are attacking you, have your style on block/defensive.

 

The method your using WILL usually clean your bank... sooner if not later. I've personally cleaned someone for around 200m who used this method
