    I am only receiving about 10% of the alerts I should be.
    I have check my alert preferences, and all the boxes are checked. What could he causing the issue?

    I'm basically having the same issue but this regarding the threads my bumpbot bumps. Somehow I missed quite some customers even though all of my threads are set as "watched". Not sure if this has to do with my bumpbot bumping so many times it just ignores all the new replies or anything else.
