6month Password Reset Issues

    6month Password Reset Issues
    So I have had my main account, Kowboy, for ages but recently tried to log on to recover an old RS account. Well.....

    That's why I'm here. The email I used ended in a different suffix (rocketmail.com not ymail.com, according to the hints) and I can't get the emails to reset the 6month+ password.

    Any help?
