2nd Pardon Request

hey guys, this is my second attempt to get back into the sythe community... i last applied for a pardon in January, and it has been long enough since then to request a pardon!

this is my 1st appeal -

I was banned over a year ago for a false scam report claiming that i never gave the buyer an amazon giftcard they bought from me (which i did, and won the paypal dispute) - http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1284156-ekonka-certified-scammer-beware.html

The reason i am coming here to ask for a pardon is because during my period of being banned, I could not at all figure out how to post a thread on the dispute forums (or anywhere else for that matter). As a result, I ended up evading the ban by going to my cousins house or something and creating a new account. I really wanted to continue trading on sythe, and i ended up breaking the rules to do so... As a result, Video told me that i should try requesting a high pardon and see how it goes from there, which i totally understand because i broke the rules... multiple times...

I knew at the time that making new accounts, but I thought that it was the only way to continue trading... (I made about 4 and only really used 1 of them before being banned for vading) While using these accounts, I did not scam at all, nor attempt to scam anybody. In fact, on abcman i managed to gain about 52 vouches, gain trust from many different users, and trade legitimately.

I also know it probably doesn't matter that i didn't scam on those accounts, since it is against the rules for them to be existing in the first place, but I hope it at least shows that I am not a scammer, and that I can pose as a contribution to the sythe community...

Anyways, despite all that, i would very greatly appreciate being able to be accepted back into sythe, and have my actions forgiven... I have been trading with a few people like pockets, the black tux, video, and some others through MSN messenger, but its not the same. (Also want to say that i found out how to post a dispute, and posted one because i was trading with the black tux and afterwards he guided me through how to do it) I miss being able to post what i want to buy/sell and being able to use the middlemen and just everything about sythe, and sythe would give me such better opportunities to trade with people... I am fully aware that my ban evading was not a good way to approach my situation, and that is why i would not be too surprised if this appeal gets denied... I hope it won't come to that, because i love sythe and the ease of buying and selling on the platform, but i will understand if i get denied.

2ND PARDON REQUEST

my last pardon received no responses within the given 7 days i had to gain support, and i understand why, and i honestly don't blame the mods for not posting...

I really have missed the sythe community, and it is a great place, in fact the best that i could find for online trading. i am fully aware that the mistakes i made in ban evading should not go unpunished, and right now i see it.
I really, really want to come back and if something happens, i know not to break the rules in the way i did...

I strongly feel like i have changed and matured more in the time that i have been away from sythe, and i feel that if i came back that i could have a great positive impact on the community. it would be amazing to come back and be able to trade with the other sythe users, and i hope that this can be made possible in the near future.
