That sounds like you got the money and "can't" login to your own PayPal account. I cant call up support and cancel the transfer, its already happened. Also the dispute started on the 1st of Feb. It has not been 20 days already. Get your PayPal back. You cant just "lose access" to your own account.

Says sent under my PayPal, I don't know how long PayPal takes till they send money after a dispute.

Like I said in the comment above. The money is not refunded as I cancelled the process. Money is being withheld by PayPal cause of the dispute. Since I closed the dispute, you will receive the money soon. You recovered the account and getting the money. So no, you are a scammer.
