https://i.imgur.com/teAL5Rc.png https://i.imgur.com/RlBLV2E.png So, after a couple days, Online seems to be unable to recover the account, or has otherwise given up on trying. I'm seeking a partial refund, compensating for him for the time since the trade and the losses he suffered at the time...

Yes, that is the correct order of events. Online confirmed (here and on Discord) that the account was a resale--meaning, someone sold it to him at some point prior to May 2018, and in May 2018 he sold it to me. Following May 2018, the account was mine and all was well until just a few days ago...

You could leave it open until we reach a satisfactory resolution, if that's okay, unless you think it should be closed (or moved? is there a board on Sythe for non-scammer disputes or is that here?). Online told me he had information available to recover the account if anything happened and...

Name of the account was in our Discord conversation, also PM'd to you now.

Online can speak for himself when he gets around to replying here, but I can answer this part at least, he did confirm a few hours ago on Discord that the account was a resale: https://i.imgur.com/fL5bc0V.png

About a year and a half ago (May 2018) I purchased a comp cape RS3 account from user online for $800 USD in bitcoin. The trade was successful and all was well until yesterday, when I received a few unexpected password reset emails from Jagex, and then I tried logging in to find that the account...

Let's say you buy an account of a person who used to be very social, with hundreds of friends and the like, all of whom still have that account added on their friends lists. The seller obviously didn't tell them he'd sold his account, so when these people see you log in, they still think it's...

Vouch, bought gold, quick and easy.

+rep. Bought account for $800 in BTC. I traded first, no MM. Friendly and trustworthy guy.

If you could only pick one of these two hypothetical accounts: option A: an RS3 account with all 120s, billions of XP, a trimmed comp cape, all boss pets, basically everything gp can't buy option B: an RS3 account with all levels 85-99, but like 100 billion gp worth of untradeable dyed items...

If I make a trade through a third-party site (such as PlayerAuctions or AccountWarehouse), and the other user on that third-party site can be legitimately linked to a Sythe account, and the trade turns out in time to be a scam (goods not delivered, account recovered, etc.), can that trade be...

Believe me man, I keep telling my friends idk why the fuck they're getting back into RS3 rather than playing OSRS like everyone else. Maybe one day I will be buying a fully maxed OSRS like yours, but not right now, all my friends would see me playing it on Disc and constantly ask me why I'm not...

Hi all. Coming back to try this once again (against my better judgment perhaps?). As you can see from my post history, back in 2014 I was here on Sythe shopping around for the same thing as I am now. I ended up buying a maxed (near comp, actually) account via PlayerAuctions for about $400ish at...
