    Sorry but I need only empty account. Please don't offer me accounts with games. I need EMPTY. I can pay $15-20 or more for EMPTY (WITHOUT ANY SINGLE GAME) account from 2003 or 2004. I don't need other years.

    Sorry guys. I know empty accounts from 2003-2004 exist. I need only empty from 2003-2004. Why I need empty account? To prevent any troubles with Steam Support in future (Steam support like disable old accounts and ask provide them scan from first game on this account).
